Destination and shipping cost
We currently ship to the United States only. Standard shipping is free, including Alaska and Hawaii. Prices are in USD.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders dispatch from Guangzhou, Guangdong, China within 48 hours. Estimated delivery is approximately 12 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date; customs processing, weather and carrier disruptions may affect delivery.
Our planned carrier is 4PX. Tracking details will be provided when available. Carrier booking and tracking are currently handled manually.
Delays and missing parcels
If we cannot dispatch within the promised time, we will notify you of the revised dispatch date and offer a choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund. If your parcel has not arrived, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Address changes and import charges
Contact us promptly to request an address correction before dispatch. Changes after dispatch may not be possible. The buyer is responsible for applicable taxes, customs duties and import charges. Free shipping covers transportation only. Any taxes we are required to collect will be shown at checkout; charges assessed by customs or the carrier may be collected separately.
