No change-of-mind returns or exchanges
We do not accept returns or refunds for non-quality reasons, including a change of mind, selecting the wrong color, or no longer wanting the item. We do not offer exchanges.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, is defective, contains the wrong item, or is missing an included item, contact jianlinhuang25@gmail.com promptly. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging where relevant. Please do not send intimate images or unnecessary personal information.
We will review the issue and explain the available remedy, which may include a refund. If an authorized return is necessary because of a confirmed defect or our fulfillment error, we will provide return instructions and cover the necessary return shipping cost. Do not send a parcel to our dispatch address without instructions.
Unshipped orders and non-delivery
Contact us promptly to request cancellation before dispatch; we cannot guarantee a change once the parcel has shipped. If dispatch is delayed beyond the promised time, you may accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a refund. Contact us about a missing parcel so we can investigate and resolve it.
Approved refunds
We will notify you of the outcome and explain how any approved refund will be issued. Where available, refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time taken for funds to appear depends on the payment provider.
